Overview:
The OKC Xerox Manufacturing Quality Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet both corporate and regulatory standards. Here are some key responsibilities and duties associated with this role:
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Quality Control Systems : Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures.
Monitor Production Processes : Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Evaluate Products and Suppliers : Inspect goods for defects or deviations.
Collaborate with Departments : Work with other leaders to set quality assurance goals.
Conduct Audits and Inspections : Identify non-compliance areas and implement corrective actions.
Train Employees : Educate staff on quality control measures.
Analyze Quality Data : Review performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Resolve Quality Issues : Address and resolve quality-related problems promptly.
Maintain Documentation : Keep records of quality control activities and procedural changes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Understanding of Quality Control Procedures : Knowledge of relevant quality and ISO standards.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
Communication Skills : Effective in training and collaborating with team members.
