Pay Rate: $ 23.00/hr

Assignment Type: Temporary

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Description:

Adecco is currently seeking a warehouse associate for Norfolk, VA. The candidate will work as a Warehouse Associate in the HVAC and Plumbing distribution industry, handling tasks like pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving and verifying incoming materials, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean and organized. They will also be exposed to counter sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull and prepare orders for shipment

  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

  • Create and process sales orders

Must-Haves:

  • Current college student or recent graduate preferred

  • OR 1+ year recent experience in warehousing or skilled trades

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn product knowledge quickly

  • Background in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory a plus

  • High school diploma or GED (must be listed on resume)

Dress Code & PPE:

  • Steel-toe boots or shoes required

  • Casual but professional attire – no clothing with rips, tears, or holes

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
