Actalent Superintendent Of Federal Construction in Norfolk, Virginia
Description:
Project Manager to oversee a SCIF job at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of federal construction projects
Review scope of work, engage subcontractors and coordinate site visits in order for subcontractors to bid the work
Estimating and bidding task order contracts and IDIQs
Project Scheduling, including subcontractor management
EM385-1-1 is a must
Skills:
Project management, Construction, Construction management, Change order
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
PREVIOUS SCIF experience is a HUGE plus.
-Help with scheduling
Computer savvy (MS Office, Excel, etc)
8-10 years of construction experience, preferably on federal government projects.
Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
A mature professional with excellent organizational and communication skills
Construction field experience and project management skills
