Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our data systems. Your expertise in Power BI and data analysis will contribute to creating user-friendly reports and driving informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
1. Data System Maintenance:
o Manage and maintain two major data systems.
o Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
o Collaborate with IT teams to address any technical issues.
2. Power BI Reporting:
o Create and design visually appealing reports using Power BI.
o Develop dashboards that provide actionable insights.
o Make complex data accessible and easy to understand for end-users.
3. Independent Data Work:
o Work independently to analyze data and identify trends.
o Dig deep into datasets to uncover valuable information.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and address data-related challenges.
4. Trustworthy and Analytical:
o Be a reliable team member who can explain complex data situations.
o Use analytical thinking to solve problems and optimize processes.
o Comfortably navigate IT environments.
