Customer Service Representative - 25501
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. This position would be located onsite in our Philadelphia, PA branch office.

What You'll Be Doing: * Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients * Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments * Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts * Manage administrative requests and tasks * Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner * Deliver accurate service and sales information * Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications * Respond to leads and referrals * Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines * Assist in scheduling of service routes * Produce accurate and timely reports * Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory * Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed * Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications * High school degree or equivalent * Must be 18 years of age * Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task * Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency * Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment * Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers * We require successful submit of background check and drug screen
Salary Range: $41,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
