As a visionary leader, you will execute the overall strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and engage with C-suite clients to ensure our AI solutions are aligned with market demands and opportunities.

Responsibilities
Execute strategic vision for AI engineering offerings for our clients, including products, processes, expert-led services, and tools (e.g., SDLC Advisory, Engineering Tools adoptions, etc.)
Ensure relevance, commercial deal structure, high standards of delivery, and viability across AI engineering solutions and offerings
Engage with C-suite clients to align AI services with evolving market needs
Stay current with industry trends and adjust strategies proactively. Gather client feedback to refine and enhance offerings continuously
Align and drive internal teams for cohesive and successful execution of AI strategies and SDLC implementations
Collaborate with other technology leaders across the company to ensure AI integration across various domains
Develop and maintain partnerships with key AI leaders at technology providers
Identify opportunities and identify relevant opportunities for IP development, mostly by aligning clients' needs and company IP strategies
Mentor and develop AI talent within and across the broader organization
Contribute to thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, and industry events, and develop marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team
Requirements
Hands-on technologist and a critical thinker committed to continuous learning and development in the area of AI SDLC
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Hands-on engineering experience including understanding of AI frameworks and tools for modern [AI / Agentic] SDLC, best practices, measurements, and standards
Proven experience in strategic leadership roles focused on building strategies and comprehensive service offerings in the scope of AI SDLC
Strong understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and advanced technologies
Exceptional communication skills, including experience working with executives in the C-suite
Ability to influence higher-level decision-making confidently and drive strategic initiatives
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders
Experience in change management [specifically related to AI adoption]
