ManpowerGroup Maintenance Supervisor in Newton, North Carolina

Our client, a leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities, coordinating schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Newton, NC

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and lead the maintenance team members, ensuring a physical presence on the floor to enforce environmental health, safety, and quality policies.

  • Lead and assist in problem solving in diagnosis of malfunctions with effective and complete disassembly and reassembly of equipment.

  • Identify and locate spare parts from tool crib inventory or through machine manual, and contact through the OEM. Ordering of necessary part, filling out iValua requisitions, determining stock and inventory requirements.

  • Lead and assist in problem-solving for equipment malfunctions, including effective disassembly and reassembly.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of experience in leadership role within manufacturing environment.

  • Familiarity with maintenance CMMS software and processes.

  • Capable in standard PC based software like Microsoft Office.
