McLaughlin Research Corporation DRAFTER/CAD OPERATOR III - GM in Newport, Rhode Island
McLaughlin Research Corporation has an opening for a full time Drafter/CAD Operator III supporting the Infrastructure Division and Facilities Branch at Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport Division.
The qualifiedcandidate will operate AutoCAD software andincorporate final, Government approved AutoCAD-developed drawings provided as GFI within adesignated database. Additional responsibilities include generatingdatabase quarterly reports summarizing facilities and Space Allocation Program status.
This position is contingent on contract award.
Job Requirements:
AssociatesDegree in Drafting,Design, Illustrating or Graphic Arts from an accredited institution/technical school. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Demonstrated 5 years of experience with drafting or project experience working with design renovation projects utilizing current construction and building standards.
Ability to create and modify drawings from engineers
