Job Title: HR Generalist (Contract)

Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to cover while a current employee is on leave. The employee will be out of office from December to March, but we would like you to start in October to begin shadowing and learning the role. Responsibilities include basic HR functions and assisting with some HR investigations. You will direct employees to a 3rd party for workers' compensation, benefits, and FMLA inquiries.

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years of Human Resource experience

  • Experience with Workday (preferred)

  • Experience with HRIS systems

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Problem-solving skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Newington, Connecticut.
