We have an opening in our friendly Customer Solutions team. This role is working on a 12-month maternity cover, based in our Newbury office.

How you’ll make an impact:
Order Management
You will be responsible for order management during the whole process of order life cycle - order entering to JDE system, checking the order etc
Managing the customer request and checking the availability of the inventory
Following up with the customer as appropriate
Backorder reporting
Processing the orders of consignment stock
Support physical consignment checks (resolve discrepancies in cooperation with the sales team)
Credit order management - If applicable in cooperation with Bids and Tenders ensuring correctness and reliability of price information in the system - price revision, adjustments
Ship to creation and maintaining system records
Complaint management
Returned goods management and documentation handling and problems solving
Communication with QA and other departments
Additional office duties such as archiving and categorizing relevant documents and projects work as needed.
What you'll need (Required):
- Equivalent 2 years previous related experienceBachelor's Degree desirable
What else we look for:
Advanced computer skills including usage of MS Office
Previous experience in a customer facing environment
Experience with an ERP software such as Salesforce would be an advantage.
Experience and or knowledge of Medical Devices, NHS or related fields would be desirable but is not essential
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Availability to work under pressure
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
