Our client, a dynamic organization, is seeking an Administrative Team Member to join their team. As an Administrative Team Member, you will be part of the office operations supporting various staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Team Member
Location: Engadine, MI
Pay Range: $16 - $22 per Hour
Shift: Non-prime season office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The prime season schedule will require a schedule that will include Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
What's the Job?
Assist in day-to-day operations of the office, providing professional service to staff and visitors.
Aid in office operations under supervision, performing required duties efficiently.
Utilize POS system for fee collection and retail sales, and reservation software for bookings and payments.
Answer phones, provide information on operations, and assist with various administrative tasks.
Maintain a digital filing system and handle document management with precision.
What's Needed?
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with POS system sales and digital file organization.
Strong ethical conduct and understanding of policies.
Courteous interpersonal skills and ability to follow instructions.
High school diploma or GED, with office experience preferred.
