PARK NATIONAL BANK Trust/Investments Technical Writing/Training Coordinator in Newark, Ohio

Description Job Responsibilities: Develop procedures and job aids for the Trust & Investments line of business, in collaboration with line of business leaders and subject matter experts Ensure Trust & Investments associates receive appropriate training on procedures Coordinate centralized Trust & Investments training Manage the Trust & Investments SharePoint site, ensuring readability, consistent document placement, and current content Complete form updates as requested, ensuring forms are user-friendly and accurately published and distributed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep system-related documents up to date with the latest information on system specs and troubleshooting steps Communicate system issues to Trust associates, working with subject matter experts to provide periodic updates Manage Trust & Investments projects as needed Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards Other duties as assigned Education Requirements: At a minimum, employees must obtain a HS Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field OR combination of work experience preferred Travel Requirements: Periodic travel to Newark and within the Park National footprint is expected Physical Requirements: This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers or stakeholders to discuss and observe facts and data in order to exchange accurate information.
