Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design, or construction management services for assigned projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work is performed in conformance with project objectives and requirements, project performance metrics, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead projects that incorporate multiple disciplines.
Obtain industry-specific certifications, such as PMP and AECPMA.
Ensure work is performed in conformance with project objectives and requirements, client satisfaction, profitability, and quality standards.
Manage client relationships to create a positive experience that will lead to future work.
Ensure safety, subcontractor management, change management, project control and reporting, project staffing, adherence to quality plans, project budget management, and project schedule adherence for consulting, design, or construction projects.
Accountable for project financial performance.
Handle single or multiple project assignments as required.
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent.
Minimum of five years of applicable experience, preferably in a design firm or field construction office setting.
5+ years as a Project Manager on pharmaceutical/life science or manufacturing projects.
Ability to manage project milestones to hold the project accountable to budget and schedule.
Strong MEP construction experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in project management, construction, construction management, pharmaceutical projects, change orders, commercial construction, and mechanical aspects.
Work Environment
This position requires working on-site five days a week in the Bridgewater NJ office, with travel between projects as needed and some out-of-state work. You will have your own desk, laptop, and phone for this role. The organization offers a collaborative environment with a strong presence in the Pharma/Life Science/Biotech industry, providing significant growth opportunities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $67.30 - $86.53/hr.
