- Ad Campaign Performance Tracking, Order Management, Revenue Planning and Recognition and Campaign Analysis
- Setting up and maintaining regular reporting for campaign performance/pacing tracking, monthly billing and revenue true up purposes by gathering and analyzing first-party and 3rd party media delivery data
- Reconciling billing when needed
- Developing expertise on using third-party ad serving technologies and WebMD proprietary billing and reconciliation tools
- Communicating internally any campaign obstacles, address delivery concerns and resolving media billing disputes
- Monitoring revenue expectations and communicating any changes promptly and accurately for forecasting
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or quantitative field preferred) and at least 2 years of professional experience
- Digital media experience and solid knowledge of media math
- Knowledge of ad serving technologies and media reporting/performance measurement platforms including Google Ad Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Flashtalking, Innovid, MOAT, DoubleVerify, IAS or similar systems a plus
- Strong data management skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, and should be very detail-oriented
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organization and documentation skills
- Strong ability to be responsible, accountable, and result-driven
