Onsite (M-F 7:30am-4pm)
As a Lead Production Operator, you will lead the operational aspects of the manufacturing process in a production plant, including the associated utility systems. Produce high-quality products through assembly of raw materials and semi-finished goods.
This is for our Romer Labs division which offers a broad range of innovative products and services covering mycotoxins, food pathogens, food allergens, gluten, GMO, veterinary drug residues and melamine. www.romerlabs.com

Responsibilities:
To lead the operational aspects of the manufacturing process in a production plant, including the associated utility systems
Comply with internal and ISO standards by documenting activities
Comply with waste management regulations by documenting chemical usage
Ensure product quality by conducting in-process control of semi-finished goods
Track stock levels of raw materials and semi-finished goods
Produce semi-finished products and ensure product performance and quality criteria are met by calculating raw materials amounts

You bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Microsoft Office experience, SAP experience a plus
Management or leadership experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize
