JPMorgan Chase Commercial Card - Product Delivery Manager - Payments - Vice President in Newark, Delaware

As a Product Delivery Manager in Commercial Card Supplier Experience Team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

  • Lead the B2B payables product readiness process for Supplier Experience with stakeholders across the business ensuring all impacted functional areas are ready to support new products, features, and partners.

  • Define, measure, and achieve launch success criteria throughout the deployment stages from pilot to controlled availability and ultimately achieve general availability on an accelerated basis.

  • Support client facing teams during early adoption phases, gather feedback and identify opportunities, and influence teams to expand adoption and solution availability.

  • Improve market readiness, delivery, and adoption of new solutions and partnerships.

  • Provide a product, product line, or product portfolio with the integrated management and coordination to deliver new features and products at scale while managing key interdependencies, integrations, roadmaps, and budgeting constraints.

  • Connect strategy to execution, and blends operational management of product releases with robust portfolio management capabilities to help ensure that product deployments and releases are delivered with end-to-end regard for the end user experience and the product / product line's overall strategy and objectives.

  • Work across teams, functions, and disciplines to ensure continued progress by removing roadblocks, barriers, and addressing technical risks and operational risks.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes

  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

  • Strong organization and execution capabilities, including leading initiatives and cross functional teams

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively synthesize, organize and communicate complex information

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends in B2B Payables space

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • MBA or equivalent experience

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
