Citigroup Cash and Trade Proc Sr Analyst - C12 - NEWARK- Onsite in Newark, Delaware

Business Overview:

The Public Sector Lockbox business is a 24/7 operational unit which provides a variety of services to government clients to assist them in managing their receivables and important documents. This position is an opportunity to work in the North America TTS Client Operations – Public Sector Lockbox area supporting Operations and Leadership Team across all Public Sector locations. The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned as necessitated by business demands. Successful candidates must also successfully complete the government-required background check. Extended hours may be required to complete job requirements.

Job Description:

This person provides operational support for the Public Sector Lockbox Operations team and management, with the priority focus on the management of the organization's performance measures and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the operations performance measures to ensure accurate and timely availability of reports for decision-making processes

  • Ensure weekly/monthly operations reporting metrics are provided timely and accurately

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide guidance and support in establishing efficient reporting

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the reporting tools to identify areas for improvement, implement upgrades, and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime

  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the reports

  • Proactively perform root cause analysis on risk points, anomalies, and exceptions within the reporting

  • Train and support end-users in utilizing the performance measures effectively, providing guidance on data entry, extraction, and interpretation as needed

  • Prepare and present reports/analyses derived from the performance measures to support strategic decision-making processes

  • Produce weekly and monthly scorecards for employee performance

  • Provide detailed Headcount tracking and reporting for permanent and contractor staffing

  • Understand and adhere to departmental policies and compliance guidelines for both Citi and our client

  • Self-identify control deficiencies, timely escalate, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate any risk or concerns

  • Review and analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas of opportunity

  • Leverage performance measures to develop capacity planning tools

  • Create and Generate ad hoc tools and reporting when requested

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree or with equivalent experience

  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (green card) is a requirement for this position

  • Required to pass an extensive background check that is renewed every 5 years

  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in a lockbox operations environment preferred.

  • Expert proficiency with all Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word.

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in managing complex Management Information Systems

  • Advanced level knowledge of Tableau development

  • Intermediate knowledge of Coding, SQL, VBA, and HTML

  • Demonstrated ability to appropriately respond under pressure and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of employees

  • Demonstrated strong listening skills

  • Demonstrated advanced analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences and levels

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$78,080.00 - $117,120.00
