VP, Sapphire Lounge Portfolio Management - Program Manager

As the Sapphire Lounge Portfolio Management - Program Manager Vice President you will plays a key leadership role in growing and delivering incremental value to Chase credit card customers through strategic partnership with an external Partner. For this role you must be able to robustly project manage multiple initiatives, build and leverage relationships across various lines of business, as well as with external partners, to build and deliver business strategies that drive the business forward. This position sits within the Chase Branded Cards organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the rapidly growing relationship with a highly visible Partner and the Chase Sapphire Lounge By The Club portfolio.

  • Lead overall project management of the Sapphire Lounge By the Club program, working closely with design and construction processes, operations and go-to-market plans by location.

  • Work with several key internal and external stakeholders through collaboration to drive business objectives and project milestones.

  • Responsible for program management of the partner and contractual commitments. They will also work cross functionally with the Chase Branded Cards teams and other lines of business.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of industry experience

  • Must have project management and strategic partnership management experience

  • BS degree or equivalent experience required

  • Demonstrated strong cross-functional leadership, partnership, influencing skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Effectively manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same time by being pro-active, action-oriented and results driven with the ability to prioritize in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities

  • Direct people leadership experience required

  • Strong attention to detail, organization and planning

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Preferably in travel or travel-related industries

  • MBA preferred

  • Construction, travel, airline experience a plus
