Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to provide a full range of asset financing and structured finance solutions across Global Markets, including illiquid credit, securitizations, hard assets financings, and related across lender finance, unsecured consumer, and alternative Asset Based Securities (ABS) asset classes. Requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of experience designing and implementing risk calculation methodologies and solutions to meet regulatory requirements; analyzing term, risk and performance of securitization transactions using issuance documents, trustee reports and market data from sources including Bloomberg, Intex, Finsights, and Pitchbook; performing value-added analysis to manage position and risk/reward; maintaining, managing, analyzing and reporting on changes in the exposure profile from new deal activity, amendments, and syndication; working with finance and operations to ensure proper accounting and accuracy of desks P&L, and reconciliation of exposure and P&L with the data from booking systems (LS2), Tableau and MS Excel Files; performing stress testing, sensitivity analysis and reporting using Excel and VBA; monitoring exposure and collateral concertation against predefined limits, escalating and reporting limit breaches; designing data aggregation and reporting frameworks; coordinating the execution of strategic group wise change management programs; and performing Balance Sheet, RWA and capital charges forecast and reporting. Employer will accept three (3) years of post-secondary study toward Bachelors degree plus one (1) year of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
