JPMorgan Chase Vice President, Editorial Operations - Card & Connected Commerce Content in New York, New York
Chase's growing Content organization is hiring a Vice President, Editorial Operations to support a collaborative editorial team focused on travel and lifestyle content, in close collaboration with our credit card businesses. Our mission is to create best-in-class content that breaks through the clutter, and ultimately helps Chase customers better engage with their benefits, inspiring them to travel, shop, and dine with Chase.
As a Vice President, Editorial Operations within Card & Connected Commerce Content, you will drive efficiencies for an editorial team of editors and writers, coordinating content initiatives across a number of businesses. Projects will span digital web, print, and newsletters, working in close collaboration with social media and production teams. You will be responsible for optimizing editorial workflows, implementing processes, liaising with freelance and agency partners, and ensuring timely, high-quality content delivery. Job Responsibilities
Manage and optimize editorial calendars across multiple content channels (digital, web, print, newsletters)
Coordinate content production workflows, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high editorial standards
Develop and implement systematic processes to improve team efficiency and content creation
Track and report on content team performance metrics and project progress
Support content strategy development and provide operational insights to leadership
Manage freelance contributors and external content resources
Act as a cross-functional partner with operations and finance teams
Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation for content production
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
5+ years of experience in editorial management, with a strong background in content production
Proven track record of managing editorial teams and complex content workflows
Expert-level proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana)
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills, capable of interfacing with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to create and implement operational efficiencies
