Clear Street Management LLC seeks Trade Desk Analyst (New York, NY)Duties: Solve complex operations and production problems that require technical and business understanding. Apply advanced understanding of the technical components of automated traded systems and algorithmic trading to enhance the firm’s operational and production trading capabilities. Provide support for trading groups’ use of proprietary and third-party solutions in collaboration with traders, developers, systems engineers and operations staff. Interface with exchanges and clearing firms, conduct deep-dive analysis to determine the root cause of technical issues. Manage application release deployments and participate as a business stakeholder in the software development life-cycle. Author process and procedure documentation and lead internal projects. Code and utilize SQL and automate manual processes by building tools and applications with Python.Requires: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Financial Engineering or related field plus 1 year of experience in the position offered or related. Must have 1 year of experience with: Building tools and applications that automate manual processes using Python; working with relational databases and a Linux shell environment; coding and utilizing SQL; performing system programming and working with Python; and conducting algorithmic problem solving with data structures.Salary: $130,000 per year.
