AG US Group Services Inc. seeks Tax Associate in New York, NY to prepare quarterly tax provision and related financial statement disclosures in connection with GAAP and Statutory financial statement audits, using comprehensive understanding of ASC 740 accounting for income taxes and Statements of Standard Accounting Practice 101. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting or related and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing experience with federal, state, and foreign income tax accounting information prescribed by ASC 740; utilizing Onesource Income Tax preparation software to prepare consolidated US federal Forms 1120, state forms and necessary associated and supplemental forms; and utilizing Microsoft excel functions including vlookup, match, index, and VBA macros. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
