Citigroup SVP, Workforce Management – Skills Integrations in New York, New York

The Enterprise Workforce Management team is responsible to lead Citi’s transformation efforts around staffing and skill adequacy and organizational design.

It is an exciting time to join our Enterprise Workforce Management Team as we are launching some critical capability to the firm, while still shaping, building and deploying others to analyze, forecast and plan for the future of the workforce. This role will see you lead the design and implementation of skills integration into the wider HR ecosystem, including co-creation and prioritization of implementation across HR disciplines (Talent Acquisition, Internal Mobility, Redeployment, Talent Development, Learning, Rewards). This role will focus on design, process, tooling, co-dependencies and engagement support the design, development, and implementation of Citi’s global approach to skills and strategic workforce planning.

We are currently setting the core foundation of a skill-led strategic workforce planning approach and the role will provide an opportunity to assist in developing the ongoing wok to optimize our approach to skills assessment and skills management.

You may already be an experienced skills / strategic workforce planning professional or you could have worked across multiple HR Disciplines in your career, but you must be able to shape and realize a vision for Skills integration that will create enduring value from the work that you design and deploy.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the ongoing evolution & optimization of the Workforce Planning function including thought leadership in the inclusion of current and emerging skills in the planning process.

• Assist with the translation of connecting Citi’s strategic business decisions to future critical skills required to drive success of the organization.

• Engage with partners across HR and beyond agree a vision to integrate to skills into critical HR processes.

• Design & deploy an approach that leverages tools, process and common language to connect across the HR ecosystem.

• Ensure prioritization of critical activities that will improve outcomes across high value/volume activities such as talent mobility, Supply & demand matching, Succession risk mitigation etc.

• Lead the regulatory response specific to the annual skills process required for risk and control roles, including meeting all relevant deliverables and Internal Audit requirements.

• Shape and participate as part of the future skills Council as a subject matter expert for Workforce Planning and contribute to broader skills initiatives for Citi.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

• Knowledge/experience— Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• Process design, including experience in strategy design and implementation of workforce planning programs

• Complexity management— driving execution while keeping focus on the big picture; able to connect-the-dots across multiple pieces of work; strong attention to detail

• Stakeholder management— exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross-cultural understanding and knowledge across multiple geographic locations.

• Planning and organizing — strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently; ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Change management— demonstrated influence-management skills to lead and champion change; innovative thinker and change agent

• Data analysis— ability to analyze data and prepare executive level reports and recommendation.

• Problem solving— excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
