Job Description
Under supervision, instruct and supervise the Housing Caretakers responsible for cleaning and maintaining the grounds, public spaces and stair halls of public housing projects in proper condition; perform related work. Specific duties shall include, but not be limited to the following:
Make assignments, train, and check performance of Housing Caretakers.
Report move-ins and move-outs.
Handle tenant lockouts.
Fill out work orders as a result of apartment inspections.
Report any hazardous conditions observed in any part of the project.
Additional Information
Due to the existence of a civil service list, candidates must have permanent civil service status in the title of Supervisor of Caretakers to be considered.
