CVS Health Sr Analyst, Front Store Operations - Inventory Innovation in New York, New York

Position Summary

As the Sr. Analyst Front Store Inventory Innovation, you are responsible for leading innovation of our inventory management processes in the front store. You will conduct a thorough analysis of existing front store inventory processes, including stock management, replenishment, ordering, and cycle counting, to identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve designing, testing, and implementing streamlined innovative inventory processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, drives on shelf availability, and reduce stock discrepancies. You may work on integrating inventory management software and other technology solutions to enhance the automation and digitization of inventory processes.

Primary responsibilities

  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of inventory process evolution initiatives.

  • Regularly reporting on process outcomes and performance to senior management will be part of your responsibilities.

  • You'll be responsible for managing the budget allocated to inventory process innovation, ensuring cost-effective implementations.

  • Utilizing inventory data and insights, you'll analyze trends and patterns to gain insights into inventory turnover, stock movement, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of inventory records and processes to maintain brand standards and provide a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time to various locations, which may include multi-day.

  • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively influence and collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Adaptability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, which may include both remote and in-office work, while maintaining high productivity and communication standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as SQL for data analysis and reporting.

  • Prior experience in inventory operations or an equivalent role

Education

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
