Construction Field Representative/Site Manager to conduct site inspections of ongoing and completed works. Prepare site visit reports that describe any issues in detail and maintain punch lists and non-conformance logs. Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications. Communicate effectively and establish relationships with clients and job-related management teams. Attend all required external and internal site and on-site meetings. Physical demands that are essential functions of the job include, but not limited to, frequently standing or driving multiple hours at a time; work in adverse weather conditions; and occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Additional demands include the ability to frequently lift and/or move 35 pounds
Minimum Salary: 115000.00 Maximum Salary: 160000.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
