Mount Sinai Hospital ServiceNow Architect in New York, New York
Analyze, design and develop ServiceNow platform and application solutions to meet Mount Sinai Health Network needs. Identify and specify complex business requirements and processes, research and evaluate solutions, and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective system design solution. Analyze and design system and code new software or modify existing programs as needed to meet business needs. Document, test, implement and provide on-going support for the applications. Provide highly technical consulting and leadership to business units and IT management and staff, assisting with identifying and implementing new uses of information technologies, and providing expert technical support to development staff throughout all phases of the project development cycle.Requirements:Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, plus two years of experience in the offered position or in a ServiceNow architect/developer position.**All of the required experience must have included: analyzing, designing and developing ServiceNow platform and application solutions to meet needs of large healthcare system (over 400 facilities comprising hospitals, clinics, urgent care facilities, etc.); designing, developing and implementing various modules or systems within ServiceNow, including for incident management, problem management, change management, service portal, service catalog, asset management catalog, purchase request module, contract management module, survey management, knowledge management; redesigning SLA and OLA timeframe for various tasks; automating data entry from third party tools; designing workflows and transitioning existing workflows into flow designer; implementing Workspaces and using integration hub to integrate ServiceNow with other third party programs like Teams; performing cloning, troubleshooting, data maintenance, data cleanup, upgrades, new module implementations, and dashboard setups.Telecommuting is permitted from any U.S. location. Must be willing to travel to NYC office at least 1 time each year to attend department meeting.#LI-DNI
Minimum Salary: 145,000 Maximum Salary: 163,000 Salary Unit: Hourly
