Job Description

Our Senior Vice President, Group Creative Directors are thoughtful, enthusiastic, hands-on leaders who galvanize their creative teams and always push to improve the creative output of the agency.

You will translate creative vision into inspiring and building creative concepts and digital programs. You will also develop client relationships and use these connections to help develop new business opportunities for the agency.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Your Impact:

· Manage several creative teams across multiple clients’ accounts

· Participate in new business development, client presentations and selling creative concepts internally and externally

· Win pitches while managing large-scale, cross-channel deliverables

· Improve results for every piece of creative the team produces

· Ensure strategy and integrity of all creative output

· Communicate client and brand goals to creative teams

· Recruit and train staff to maximize their potential

· Manage assigned timeframes and budgets, including staffing and hours allocation on all projects

· Work with account services to foster client relationships

· Participate in the agency expertise, including external sources and agency presentations

· Maintain knowledge of current advertising, marketing and technological developments

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree

· Ability to develop creative concepts

· Award-winning creative work/portfolio

· Previous experience leading and leading teams

· Ability to grow in a collaborative agency environment with versatile teams

· Ability to travel

Compensation Range: $167,000 - $299,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 6/3/2024.
