Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst

As a Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst will contribute to redefining how small businesses find risk coverage online. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally, lead initiatives, develop business models, and launch new processes and workflows. You will handle business operational performance and targets .

What the day will look like

  • Lead strategic business and growth initiatives.

  • Conduct strategic analysis, customer/competitor research, and market sizing.

  • Own financial modeling and scenario analysis.

  • Develop new business models, defining org structures, and strategic annual planning that aligns with the company goals.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 2 to 4 years working in a consultative role, investment banking, or in strategy & operations.

  • Sophisticated business modeling skills in Excel and history of producing meticulous outputs.

  • Experience solving problems through data analysis

  • Preferred but not required: CRM tools like SalesForce, Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau or Sisense, SQL.

  • Software and/or software as a service (SaaS) experience preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem solver with excellent analytical skills.

  • Willingness to take ownership of initiatives and perform in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as the ability to deliver results in a timely manner.

  • Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong quantitative reasoning skills and experience using data to provide insights to executive leadership and other departments.

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree including analytical coursework (e.g. engineering, economics, finance, statistics, computer science)

    Pay Transparency Laws:

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $95,000 to $130,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

    This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
