GlossGenius, Inc. seeks Senior Product Designer for its New York, NY office. Ideate, conceptualize, test, and refine UX/UI (User Experience/User Interface) design solutions. Develop and test layouts, interfaces, functionality, and navigation menus to ensure compatibility and usability across browsers or devices. Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes which effectively communicate design concepts. Lead user interview strategy to understand customer needs and incorporate analysis into product design strategy. Evaluate web design following web and accessibility standards, analyze web use metrics, and optimize websites for marketability and search engine ranking. Serve as graphic design subject matter expert and, in consultation with the company’s professionals in product management, software development and quality assurance, customer success management and marketing, design intuitive and engaging user experience for customers. Analyze user feedback to develop innovative products which enhance user interaction with the company. Analyze market trends in terms of the company’s strategic and competitive position to ensure that products are best in industry. Employee may work from home and can be based anywhere in the U.S. Requires Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Digital Design, Multimedia & Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Multimedia and Internet Interface Design, or related. Must have 24 months of experience in an occupation related to UX/UI (User Experience/User Interface) Design. Experience must include 24 months in/with the following: Iterative and Multivariate (A/B) Testing; Information Architecture; User Flow Design, Wireframing, and Prototyping; User Research; Usability Testing and Product Iteration; and Visual Strategy and Data Visualization.
