ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Platform Engineer at our New York, NY location. Responsibilities: Responsible for design, development, and maintenance of our platform infrastructure. Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure successful delivery of software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Build and review software components that are highly performant, scalable, and easily maintainable. Develop and enhance software programs and data structures that meet business objectives. Design, develop, test, and refine software deliverables. Review and create system, software, and functional design specifications. Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications. Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support. Stay current with emerging technologies and tools to ensure the continuous improvement of our platform infrastructure.SALARY: $133,872 to $180,000 per yearJOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study and five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience. One (1) year of experience must include: Java or NodeJs or Python; OOAD - Object oriented analysis and design; OOPs; Cloud technologies including AWS; Integrated Development Environments including Ecliple, visual studio, or intellij; Server-side application frameworks (Django, express or springboot); ORMs; Restful and SOAP-based web services, including JSON and XML; Unit testing frameworks, including Junit, Jest or Mocha; Relational databases such as mysql, sql or postgress; Jenkins or other continuous integration/continuous delivery products; NoSql database such as Redis, Mongodb or dynamoDb; Version control such as GIT; Containerization technologies such as docker or Docker swarm; Design patterns such as singleton, factory, or observer.QUALIFIED APPLICANTS: To apply for this position, please respond to requisition 251432 at http://jobs.adp.com.
