The salary range for this role, based in New York is $130,720.00 to $179,700.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

  • Senior Manager of Supply Planning will be responsible for leading the supply planning team in determining optimal inventory needs and ensuring that it is allocated efficiently and optimally through the supply chain
  • Ensure that case fill rate and on-time-in-full targets are achieved in line with the PRUSA strategic objectives
  • Build inventory planning processes and tools that can adapt to changing and competing priorities
  • Own analytics and strategy to optimize inventory and balance between stockouts and waste
  • Works closely with brand companies, supply planning analysts (2 managers, 4 direct reports), demand planning, customer operations, warehousing, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Leads all aspects of new products requirements to ensure compliance with market commitments
  • Provide leadership and develop the supply planning team

Key Responsibilities

- S&OP & Inventory Planning:

  • Align and Achieve the Group's S&OP Drumbeat requirement for shipments and Net Requirements
  • Achieve Group Supply Chain Rules of The Game KPIs (SROG) to provide better Net Req. stability to Brand Companies
  • Support the development of Executive resources and Exec S&OP calls
  • Lead and participate in regular S&OP meetings, sharing information and providing updates to internal stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, Planning and Sales
  • Leading reviews with manufacturing organization to ensure appropriate coverage and customer service
  • Develop and continually calibrate the shipment forecast. Track shipment plans for compliance
  • Collaborate with the S&OP group to provide insight and predictive analytics to support business decision making
  • Lead communication processes between suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders

- Project Support:

  • Prepare, define, and implement projects for better execution of end-to-end supply chain processes within PRNA
  • Participate as required in Headquarters, North American Operations initiated projects
  • Develop and deliver on technology to support the Supply Chain operations utilizing existing platform resources or the evaluation of new resources as required
  • Review design and implement new ways of working within the Supply Chain team to drive productivity, customer collaboration and Supply Chain performance

- Logistics and Supply Chain:

  • Monitor and manage the performance of 3PL warehouses
  • Maintain Inventory accuracy across all systems
  • Collaborate with NTW (New to World) stake holders to ensure delivery of new products to market or product discontinuation
  • Monitor and govern Supply Chain finances against the plan to ensure compliance
  • Track out of stock (OOS) incidents and manage expedited processes with the Supply Chain Managers
  • Provide complete transparency to key stakeholders regarding key challenges and potential resolutions

- Leadership:

  • Ensure all team members are supported and have development plans established
  • Supervise and support team, conducting regular performance huddles and providing guidance and coaching
  • Conduct performance reviews as outlined in the PRUSA performance management policies

- General:

  • Conduct annual continuous improvement (CI) process review and identify key CI initiatives
  • Prepare improved workflow, documents and roles and responsibilities as agreed and communicate and publish changes to Corby teams
  • Own and deliver the supply planning strategic roadmap for PRUSA
  • Anaplan - work on continued improvement and enhancement of the Anaplan system

Nature & Scope

Position typically works with all levels of employees within the company (global) and is knowledgeable on all aspects of supply chain operations. Communication will include contacts within and outside the company, and position controls significant resource expenditures. Responsible for safeguarding of company information as well as substantial corporate assets. Decisions will impact the entire organization, and errors may cause significant delays, inefficiencies, and expense to the organization. We're looking for a proactive, independent thinker with deep foundational knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, and have demonstrated success in driving innovation within a dynamic, growth business. Ideal candidate is independent, analytical, and strategic while possessing "big picture" demeanor.

Education

- Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, or related scientific field.

- Preferred:

  • Master's degree in a relevant area

Experience/ Background

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or related position ideally within FMCG, CPG or Spirits industry.
  • 2+ years - Experience Managing People
  • 5+ years SQL, Excel, Supply chain planning technologies like Anaplan, JDE, SAP etc.
  • 4+ years' experience with Decision Support tools (Power Bi, etc.)
  • Proven, successful track record of earning trust and influencing across the organization and leading others cross-functionally to deliver on projects and goals.
  • Thinks strategically but stays on top of tactical execution.
  • Team Building and Leadership Experience

  • Work is usually performed in an office setting, with limited demands for movement and lifting.
