Description

We are in search of a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our thriving team. The role is based in New York, New York, and is pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations. As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to executive-level users, managing cybersecurity tools, and maintaining network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user technical support, focusing on executive-level users

• Manage and maintain macOS and Windows Desktop environments

• Utilize Microsoft-related technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365

• Implement and support network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and ensure a good understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS

• Manage cybersecurity tools and best practices, including next-generation antivirus, endpoint protection, DLP solutions, and disk encryption, SSO, and MFA

• Handle customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Develop and maintain expertise in Cisco Meraki and ConnectWise

• Utilize your skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments

• Ensure experience in providing Managed Service Provider (MSP) services.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies

• Ability to work with Mac Computers

• Proficient in Microsoft software and tools

• Experience with Active Directory

• Expertise in working with Apple Devices

• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Proven ability to handle Deployments

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (preferred)

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Strong customer service skills

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends.
