Actalent Senior Construction Manager in NEW YORK, New York
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring Construction project Manager oversees all facets of major energy retrofit construction projects. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other construction-related field and 10+ years total professional experience that includes a wide range of experience in field operations and construction means and methods. Or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills and abilities for the position.
Description:
10+ years of Construction Manager experience in NYC on relevant projects
Relevant Experience: Boiler installation / managing boiler operators
Ability to read plans/drawings/specifications and interpret data.
Ability to manage sub-contractors
Professional: will be client facing on all projects, this is 50% of the position
Ability to go to Queens daily
Willing to submit to background check.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and generally tech savvy/ready and willing to learn new systems.
