Tradeweb Revenue and Billing Analyst in New York, New York
Tradeweb is looking for a highly motivated revenue and billing analyst to assist the team in automating the function. This is a multi-disciplinary role that will require the successful candidate to take on numerous responsibilities from transformation, accounting, billing and credit management. This role falls into Tradeweb’s business finance group, which provides decision support for finance management related activities, but will work very closely with other finance and technology teams.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in transformation activities, such as help test and document new available technology solutions
Prepare and send invoices to clients
Update and maintain billing records accurately and timely and oversee all billing changes, while understanding the core billing schedule
Ensure revenues are accounted correctly including preparing deferred and accrued revenue postings
Assist in providing support for internal and external audit requests
Follow up on unpaid invoices within standard billing cycle timeframe
Deal with ad-hoc reporting and business analysis requests
Monitor exception reporting for transformation processes and investigate differences to report to management
Qualifications
BA/BS degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or related field
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
CPA or CPA candidate preferred
Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Experience with analytics tools such as Alteryx and or Tableau preferred
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $80,000 to $125,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
