Actalent REMOTE Protection & Control Engineer in New York, New York
LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER FOR A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY!
MUST HAVES
PE Licensed REQUIRED
Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering (or relatable degree)
8+ Years of Professional Experience
Experience with HIGH VOLTAGE DESIGN
Experience working in Utilities
Relevant experience with electric utility substations up to 345kV
Job Description:
The design of any/all of the following: high voltage one line and three-line diagrams
Current and potential protection schemes, computer modeling/analysis of electrical systems
Preparation of specifications for equipment and systems
Report preparation
Applying codes and standards, and performing and reviewing design computations
