Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced third-party logistics Fulfillment Manager to join a large direct-to-consumer and wholesale company sitting remote (in EST time zone). In this role, the Fulfillment Manager will optimize end-to-end processes for Inbound and Outbound operations across all 3PL Warehouses, fostering robust relationships with commercial and financial teams to maximize profitability and ensure healthy cash flow. The Fulfillment Manager will also drive packaging enhancements, vendor negotiations, and process improvements for operational efficiency.

This individual will oversee 5 fulfillment centers spread across the US, and will be required to visit these fulfillment centers once per quarter to inform the building of strategy to prioritize inbound shipments and maximize business results. The most successful candidate will come from the direct-to-consumer industry, ideally within apparel.

Key management responsibilities are as follows:

• Inbound and return performance management

• Outbound performance management

• Packaging improvement and implementation

• Strategy and initiatives

• Expansion and new business

• Audits and compliance adherence

Apart from the above, this position is the owner to build a plan to tackle the future volume, continuous improvement of process to maximize the experiences of our customers through making an operation more precise, faster and more economical.

This is a full-time, permanent position with compensation starting at $90k/year DOE and option to elect in benefits.

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in fulfillment management of DTC brands

• 8+ years of experience in third-party logistics management

• Strong experience working in Excel and Tableau

• Prior experience working remotely with dispersed, global teams

• Comfortable traveling to fulfillment center sites in the US - Prior experience in the apparel industry null
