Actalent Project Manager in New York, New York
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in luxury single-family residential projects.
This firm's projects often feature in some of Manhattan’s most upscale buildings, reflecting our commitment to high-end, luxurious living. You will be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and overseeing junior designers, while being proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe. A strong portfolio in creating client presentations and managing all project phases is essential.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple luxury single-family residential projects, including stand-alone homes, penthouses, condos, and apartments.
Oversee and mentor 1-2 junior designers.
Develop and present client presentations.
Handle all phases of a project from inception to completion.
Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe for design development and construction drawings.
Conduct schematic design, drafting, and detailed design development.
Essential Skills
6-8 years of experience in luxury single-family residential design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Experience in all phases of project development.
Ability to create and present client presentations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Experience in interior design and construction drawings.
Ability to travel once every couple of months.
Work Environment
Our firm consists of a 21-person team focused on luxury residential projects, both nationwide and international.
The team includes both interior design and architecture professionals.
Hours
We offer a hybrid work schedule with four days in the office and Fridays remote. B
Business hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
