Project Architectural Drafter - Residential/Commercial (NY, NY):Draft and revise surveys and construction plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings for residential/multifamily construction and renovation projects using computer-assisted drafting systems (CAD). Plan and develop architectural residential/commercial projects with unique complexities. Put together a complete set of construction documents and develop details for project components as assigned. Administer construction administration services. Assist Senior architect for all code and zoning reviews. Requirements: Master’s degree in Architecture. Course of study must include Integrated Building System", “Design 4 Integrated Context” and "Environmental control.” Six months of experience in offered role or as Junior Draftsman, Architectural Designer or related role producing exterior rendering for architecture projects; developing designs, programs analysis, and zoning analysis based on the most recent research findings on climate, typology, and context; building the massing and detailed 3D models in architecture software using Rhino, Sketchup and Revit; and supervising on-site construction.Salary: $69,430.
