CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.
Position Summary
Within our fast-growing retail media network, CVS Media Exchange (CMX), we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support the pharmaceutical vertical. This leader is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales enablement strategies that work backwards from the needs of our customers and drive awareness and adoption of our pharmaceutical vertical solutions. In this role, you will partner with cross functional teams to conduct research to shape the product strategy and roadmap, develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging, and craft materials for Sales and external stakeholders to drive product adoption.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative, results oriented, and manically focused on building product strategies that solve market needs. The Product Marketing Manager will also have strong writing and communication skills, and a track record of owning new initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product). Experience working in media or pharmaceutical advertising is preferred.
This role is hybrid and commutable to one of the following Corporate Hubs, which you must work in the office of 3 or more days a week: Boston, MA, Wellesley, MA, Woonsocket, RI, New York, NY, Blue Bell, PA, or Chicago, IL.
Your responsibilities will include:
Craft and execute product-specific marketing plans and strategies to advance pharmaceutical focused media positioning and adoption
Develop client-centric product narrative to ensure continuity of messaging and presentation of product value and benefits
Provide guidance to the product team on their go-to-market strategy and identify channels, tactics, and content for campaigns
Build marketing and sales enablement that translate technical information into commercially relevant assets including presentations, product videos,
Be the advocate and voice of the customer by leveraging primary and secondary research to get a deeper understanding of our customer segments and markets and sharing with internal teams
Required Qualifications
4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a regulated / health industry
3+ years cross-functional leadership experience
2+ years of media or agency experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in product marketing for digital advertising, pharmaceutical or biotech
Clear understanding of the media landscape and solid understanding of advertising ecosystem and platforms
Proven ability to work cross functionally with product management, marketing and sales teams
Excellent communication skills in both written and oral forms across a diverse audience base
Structured thinker and analytical, comfortable mining and utilizing data for strategy and collateral creation
Self-motivated and embrace working in a continuously evolving, fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
