1199SEIU Health and Human Services Employment Center Phlebotomist/Lab Aide (F/T & P/T) in New York, New York
Draw blood from patient for various lab tests and procedures. Also, registrar patients into database. HS Diploma/GED required. Minimum of 1 year phlebotomy skills and Phleb certificate required. Must be able to type 30 wpm and computer literate. Be advised most positions are part-time or Per diem.
Position may be full-time or part-time and temporary or permanent, depending on need of facility. Weekend work may be required.
After one (1) year of employment, may be eligible to apply for our Education Program, to move on with your career in healthcare.
Salary: Starting salary is approximately $17.00-$20.00 per hr.
Job Location: Positions available within the five boroughs of NYC.
