Strategy and Planning

  • SupportAccount Leadership Team with the development and execution ofAccount Strategy
  • Partner with Account Leadership Team to manage effective internal andclient facingpartnership framework
  • SupportC&W Corporate programs including Account's dedicated HR, Procurement, Finance, BI Reporting, and Compliance teams
  • Partner with Account Leadership Team to ensuregovernanceprocess is in place for all Key Performance Indicators and other contract compliance obligations
  • Supportaccount-wide initiatives, programs and ad-hoc projects as needed

Partnership andCross Functional Collaboration

  • Supporta highlycollaborative workenvironment anddriveholisticdecision makingthrough coordination and communication of the Account Leadership Team
  • Collaborate closely with Account Leadership Team to understand new or changing business demands and adjust or developBusiness Operationsprocesses,communicationsand analysis tosupport
  • Partner withsupportfunctions (Finance, People Operations, Technology & Analytics and Procurement) to deliver integratedBusiness Operationssupportto the account team

Communication and Process

  • Createexecutive-level presentationsand reporting packages on complex strategic and operational topics
  • Organize, assist, oversee and lead internal meetings and events, including the development of the agenda and schedules
  • Foster a culture ofcontinuous improvementbyidentifying opportunitiesfor improvement, developingcreative solutionsfor complex problems and ensuring effective delivery of solutions

Business AcumenandCritical Thinking

  • Creatively solve complex problems withinnovative, effective and simple solutions
  • Develop meaningful analysis todrivebusiness insights and provide actionable recommendations
  • Coordinate across multiplesupportfunctions and service lines to solvecross functionalproblems holistically

People Management

  • DevelopBusiness Operationsteam to deliver effective operationalsupportacross all groups on the Account
  • Provide leadership,mentoringand supervision to the staff
  • Ensure team members are engaged, motivated and highly productive
  • Supporttraining efforts to ensure talent is consistently being elevated
  • Partner with Human Resources to recruit, manage and retain talent
  • Ensure company policies are adhered to and oversee annual people processes, including offer letters, mid-year and annual reviews, promotions, merit increases, bonuses, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a strong mix of people management,process development&implementation, compliance, analytics,communicationsand strategy

  • Ability to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing and complex environment
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple projects, initiatives and deliverables
  • Organized and detail oriented

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
  • May involve travel
  • May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
  • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and inwriting
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas inwritingand orally so others will understand

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $127,500.00 - $150,000.00
