Manage the day-to-day operations of the business. Identify new ways of expanding the business. Conduct market research and keep track of competitors products and pricing; Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or methods to improve business operations ; Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures regarding customer service; Identify the gaps between Management expectations and actual procedures within the company; Interview personnel and conduct observation to ascertain acceptance of systems and procedures used; Manage specialist, managerial, and supervisory employees. Document and report findings of analysis and prepare recommendations for senior management for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes; Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of procedures;
