RESPONSIBILITIES: The Manager, Global Strategy and Operations will support the Chief of Staff in their role, acting as a critical team member to ensure the smooth operation of the office of the President and CEO of TOM FORD BEAUTY, BALMAIN BEAUTY, and Luxury Business. This role involves strategic planning and analysis, project management, and operational support.

  • Support the Chief of Staff in acting as the strategic advisor to the President/CEO and senior management team.

  • Assist in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making processes by preparing necessary materials and analyses.

  • Serve as a liaison with department leads to facilitate communication, improve business processes, and ensure alignment.

  • Coordinate and prepare meeting materials , including agendas, content, talking points, and reference documents.

  • Assist in the creation of senior management updates for licensor calls, corporate presentations, and regional presentations.

  • Support calendar management for the President/CEO, helping to develop and clarify meeting structures, objectives, cadence, and participants.

  • Organize Brand quarterly Townhalls , including preparing materials and coordinating logistics.

  • Provide support for key business updates and presentations to ELC leadership, including budget and strategy presentations.

  • Track progress toward strategic commitments and facilitate strategy deployment across departments.

  • Utilize metrics and KPIs to inform recommendations, solve problems, and proactively flag risks.

  • Support the Chief of Staff in meetings by taking notes, tracking action items.

  • Develop and maintain systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of related experience in a similar role.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

  • Understanding of luxury categories and business landscape.

  • Strong analytical skills and financial business acumen.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving capabilities and proactive risk management.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $139,600. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
