JOB DESCRIPTION

As a member of the Corporate Finance team, the Corporate Accounting Manager will play a key role in the monthly and quarterly reporting processes as well as tasks related to the annual budget and monthly forecasting.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Detail review of the monthly / quarterly close processes and reporting, including various journal entries, reconciliations, etc.
• Preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budget submissions, along with related analytical procedures
• Management of the Equity Stock Compensation accounting processes for the company equity program (including the related journal entries, analysis of data, analytical procedures, etc.)
• Review of weekly cash transactions
• Preparation and review of supporting documentation and analysis for quarterly SEC Filings (e.g. 10-Q/10-K)
• Oversight of the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts for the group
• Analysis of various balance sheet accounts
• Ad-Hoc Reports, Analysis and Special Projects

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years experience in an Accounting related role
• High attention to detail and organization
• Strong written and communication skills as well as interpersonal skills and an ability to work well with various Finance groups
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects and manage resources including support staff
• Quick learning team player that is highly motivated and energetic
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Advance Excel Skills a plus)

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $84,500.00-118,500.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
