1)Lead strategic initiatives & oversee operations to drive growth, enhance profitability & achieve Horizon's goals in Chinese market;2)Implement data-driven strategies/quantitative methodologies for statistical risk analysis;3)Utilize statistical data analysis to evaluate data and client information, forecast clients’ requirements, and adapt business strategies accordingly.4)Assist management in business development efforts, including negotiating terms & establishment of partnerships to expand Horizon’s presence in China;5)Evaluate projects & allocate resources efficiently to ensure successful execution/streamline processes/mitigate risks & surpass performance targets;6)Leverage expertise in management to develop/foster a collaborative work environment;7)Explore avenues for process enhancement/cost reduction/operational efficiency.Req.: Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
