Wells Fargo Lead Business Execution Consultant (Product Owner/Manager) in NEW YORK, New York

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking Product Manager/Owner within our Small Business Banking team. This role will be responsible for working across-functions acting as the lead to meet deliverables and drive complex initiatives (navigating IRM approvals, redesigning process on behalf of SBB, mitigating risks via developing new controls).

In this role, you will:

  • Communicates, and monitors strategic goals, objectives and key results (OKRs) and performance indicators that make up the 6-quarter roadmap, composed of product epics, and with a risk-and-compliance focus

  • Developing, evolving, and communicating the product area vision, priorities, and strategy to key partners and stakeholders while obtaining feedback, managing risk, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

  • Defining and refining user stories, including business readiness stories, ensuring acceptance criteria is clearly understood by the team.

  • Maintaining continuous and cadenced communication with the product manager and delivery teams

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives

  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate powerfully and succinctly to senior and executive leaders and simplify the complex; able to tell the story and gain support needed.

  • Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment

  • Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, and Jira.

  • Strong experience and background with nCINO product environment

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead

  • Experience working with and leading delivery teams.

  • Experience with managing large and complex projects

  • Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus and a passion for the customer experience and the team member experience.

  • Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements 

  • Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data

  • Tableau experience

  • Experience with Agile methodology of project delivery

  • Strong presentation skills – written and verbal, and the ability to adapt to multiple audiences.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
