CSS Payroll Co, L.P. Global Strategy & Planning Manager in New York, New York
Evaluate strategic growth opportunities and cost-saving initiatives across the region or function to drive faster scaling and improve efficiency. Identify key drivers of business success and propose actionable insights to senior leadership. Develop and maintain complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation plans, and project roadmaps. Lead the annual planning process and monitor performance against targets throughout the year. Design and implement new processes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance functional performance. Identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions. Oversee, standardize, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual business reporting for the region or function. Create and deliver customer-facing reports that visually highlight opportunities to grow revenue, reduce costs, and improve customer retention and loyalty. Review team processes to identify areas for more automated and scalable, data-driven solutions. Develop tools and workflows that streamline operations and enhance decision-making capabilities. Requirements:Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics or Business Analytics, plus 2 years of experience in the position offered or as Data Analyst or Analytics Associate at a food technology or food delivery technology company.**All of the required experience must have included: utilizing SQL, Python, machine learning algorithms, Superset, Jupyter Notebooks, Argo Scheduler, Trino, Pinot, and data visualization tools to implement proprietary business intelligence methodologies; building and maintaining data pipelines to track product-market fit, evaluate features, and provide strategic recommendations; designing automated mailing systems to extract insights and re-engage inactive users; developing algorithms to score leads, enhance sales efficiency, and increase customer lifetime value; and: analyzing CRM data to identify inefficiencies, optimize sales processes, and improve sales funnel functionality.Must be willing to travel domestically 5-10% of the time to attend company meetings.This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York, NY office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.#LI-DNI
Minimum Salary: 154,000 Maximum Salary: 170,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
