Citigroup Enterprise Workforce Management Design & Implementation Sr Analyst – AVP (hybrid) in New York, New York

The Workforce Management team is responsible of leading Citi’s transformation efforts around staffing and skill adequacy and organization design. It is an exciting time to join the team as we are in the building phase of developing the set of capabilities, processes, and tools to analyze, forecast, organize, and plan for the future of the workforce. The role is part of the enterprise workforce management team and is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of the approach, processes, and governance of transformation around how Citi manages demand and supply, capacity planning and resource management. This role will contribute to embedding the demand, capacity and resource management processes across the organization and championing change efforts across key stakeholders in HR, Finance, and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of the Demand, Capacity and Resources planning area. This includes implementation of the roadmap, processes, tools, controls, technology business requirements and change management to drive standardization, sustainability of Citi headcount management in alignment with financial planning processes.

  • Support the demand & capacity planning effort to ensure the business units across Citi can identify their work demand, understand the drivers, and assess their capabilities needs and gaps.

  • Hands on the refreshing of standards and procedures.

  • Help with creating process mapping and driving simplification, consistency, and standardization.

  • Drive change management across the organization to effectively implement changes.

  • Communicate corporate standards and partner with business/function stakeholders to drive alignment across the firm of the forecasting and headcount planning process.

  • Partner with the Workforce Management Strategy & Programs team in the onboarding and enablement of technology for resource tracking including supporting design work of the operating model and change management framework.

  • Partner closely with People Insights, Workforce Management Solutions, Workforce Management Partner Engagement & Adoption, Finance and Skills Planning Teams to support alignment on solutions that integrate the work across Citi.

  • Contribute to the facilitation of the transition of the firm to the future-state Resource Management tooling, including the position management.

  • Contribute to the on-time delivery of regulatory commitments regarding resource management.

  • Support the development and management of the end-to-end integration of workforce management design & implementation processes.

  • Analyze data, track, and report out metrics.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in workforce planning / learning / talent development.

  • Good understanding of key principles involved in strategic workforce planning is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience of presenting ideas, data and analysis in a visually accessible way, ability to draft presentations and documentations to communicate key conclusions and issues to stakeholders.

  • Experience in transformation and change management.

  • Background in financial planning, and business operations is a plus.

  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports and insights.

  • Hands on experience in supporting writing and managing procedures and standards.

  • Hands on experience in creating process mapping is preferred.

  • Comfortable to work with ambiguity and managing high-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Intellectually strong with a growth mindset, with a proactive can-do attitude to project delivery and “get things done” in a tight deadline.

  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to details, while keeping focus on the big picture; able to connect the dots across multiple pieces of work.

  • Ability to deliver results and on-time delivery of work.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to shifting goals and priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross-cultural understanding and knowledge across multiple geographic locations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$88,400.00 - $132,600.00
