Director, Strategy Operations at Warner Music Group Corp.(New York, NY)Design and implement long-term initiatives to successfully achieve key goals and objectives of the business. Develop and maintain budget and operating plan to support relevant programs. Create evaluation frameworks to assess strengths and to identify areas for improvement. Partner with colleagues and cross-functional teams to prepare strategic presentations. Form work streams around high priority initiatives. Assist in the implementation of plans, strategies, policies and procedures designed to promote and carry out the goals, objectives, mission, and vision of the organization. Drive transformational changes across company by collaborating with executive leadership. Evaluate the current operational workflow and drive process improvements that improve efficiency of the organization. Drive highly visible strategic projects, working cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations and results through a rigorous, data-driven process. Project manage various descriptive and diagnostic reporting deliverables, each on independent timelines.Reqts: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Business Management, or related field plus 4 years of experience in the position offered or related. Will accept pre- or post-Master’s degree experience. Must have 4 years of experience with the following performing strategy development, business development, financial planning and modeling within the technology sector; identifying and analyzing growth opportunities for large companies in the media or technology sectors; using data analysis tools including SQL and Excel; using data visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI; applying knowledge of financial modeling to create, interpret, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts; and creating technically sound and visually compelling presentations, including complex charts, graphs, and diagrams to convey data-driven insights effectively.
